據中國貿易救濟信息網消息，2026年3月14日，烏克蘭跨部門國際貿易委員會發布公告稱，依據委員會2026年3月10日第AD-598/2026/441-01號決議，對原產于中國的鋼絲繩和鋼纜作出反傾銷第三次日落復審肯定性終裁，決定繼續對涉案產品征收為期五年的反傾銷稅，稅率維持123%不變。本案調查期為2022年1月1日至2025年3月31日。涉案產品的烏克蘭稅號為7312 10 49 00、7312 10 81 00、7312 10 83 00、7312 10 98 00、7312 10 65 00。措施自公告發布之日起生效。
2007年8月17日，烏克蘭對原產于中國的鋼絲繩和鋼纜啟動反傾銷調查。2008年7月23日，依據第烏克蘭委員會第AD-183/2008/143-48號決議，烏克蘭開始對中國涉案產品征收反傾銷稅。此后，烏克蘭先后進行了兩次日落復審調查，分別于2014年9月19日和2020年5月28日作出肯定性裁決并延長了征稅期限。2022年8月24日，烏克蘭跨部門國際貿易委員會發布公告，修改2008年7月23日第AD-183/2008/143-48號決議確定的中國鋼絲繩和鋼纜的產品描述。
應烏克蘭生產商申請，依據委員會2025年5月21日第AD-582/2025/441-01號決議，烏克蘭對中國涉案產品啟動反傾銷第三次日落復審調查。
