2026年2月26日，墨西哥經(jīng)濟部發(fā)布公告稱，應(yīng)墨西哥生產(chǎn)商Deacero, S.A.P.I. de C.V.申請，對原產(chǎn)于中國、西班牙和葡萄牙的強化鋼鐵繩纜（西班牙語：productos de presfuerzo）啟動反傾銷第二次日落復(fù)審調(diào)查。本案傾銷調(diào)查期為2025年1月1日至2025年12月31日，損害調(diào)查期為2021年1月1日至2025年12月31日。涉案產(chǎn)品的TIGIE稅號為7217.10.02、7312.10.01、7312.10.05、7312.10.07、7312.10.08和7312.10.99。案件調(diào)查期間，現(xiàn)行反傾銷稅持續(xù)有效。公告自發(fā)布次日起生效。
利益相關(guān)方應(yīng)于公告發(fā)布次日起的28個工作日內(nèi)進行應(yīng)訴登記，提交調(diào)查問卷、案件評述意見及證據(jù)材料。
2015年2月16日，墨西哥對原產(chǎn)自中國、西班牙和葡萄牙的強化鋼鐵繩纜啟動反傾銷調(diào)查。2016年2月26日，墨西哥對該案作出肯定性終裁，正式對中國、西班牙和葡萄牙涉案產(chǎn)品分別征收1.02美元/千克、0.13美元/千克和0.40美元/千克的反傾銷稅。2021年2月25日，墨西哥對該案啟動第一次日落復(fù)審調(diào)查。2022年8月12日，墨西哥對該案作出第一次反傾銷日落復(fù)審肯定性終裁，維持墨西哥經(jīng)濟部于2016年2月26日作出的反傾銷終裁不變，措施自2021年2月27日起生效，有效期為五年。
