It’s announced by the Japan’s ministry of finance that the fastener export volume rose 2.4% to 347,041 tons in 2013. The export value increased to 298.28 billion yens this year, says a 10.7% rise.
It also showed that import volume rose 12.4% to 263,250 tons, and import value rose 28.2% to 90,787.43 billion yens. The upward tendency in both the volume and value of import and export is really a relief to the industry. And about the specific items among the traded fasteners, the export volume of iron and steel bolts rose 3.6% to 200 thousand tons. And the import volume rose 10.6% to around 100 thousand tons.
