US ITC votes to maintain duties on wire rod imports from five countries-Fastener Exhibition-The 26th China(Guangzhou)International Fastener,Spring&Wire Exhibition

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has determined that revoking the existing antidumping duty orderon wire rod from Brazil, Indonesia, Mexico, Moldova, and Trinidad and Tobago or the countervalling duty orderon wire rod from Brazil would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonablyforeseeable time. As a result of the ITC''s affirmative determination, the existing order on imports of this productfrom these countries will remain in place.
The weighted-average dumping margins stand at 74.35-94.73 percent for Brazil, 4.06 percent for Indonesia,20.11 percent for Mexico, 369.10 percent for Moldova and 11.40 percent for Trinidad and Tobago, while Brazi is
also subject to 2.76-6.74 percent countervailing duty.
