US Hillman Group to merge Specialty Fastener Company-The 19th China (Guangzhou)Int’l Fastener & Equipment Exhibition

The Hillman Company, Inc. (NYSEAMEX: HLM.PR) and The Hillman Group, Inc. (Hillman) announced that they have reached an agreement with Hargis Industries, LP (Hargis). Hillman Group would merge all its assets and take over all of claims from Hargis Industries.
Hargis Industries to sell special fasteners as manufacturer and distributor in Texas under name of ST Fastening Systems.
Hillman believed that the STFS special core product would complement with Hillman fastener product each other. STFS products were mainly produced for US metal construction manufacture, hardware and construction product distributor.
Both Hillman and STFS were care about customer demand and product innovation. STFS headquarters would stay in Texas after M&A.
