Taiwanese E-Sheng remains section steel price flat this week- The 20th China (Guangzhou ) Int’l tube & pipe Processing Equipment Exhibition

E-Sheng Steel Co., Ltd. (ESS), one of the section steel manufacturers in Taiwan, has announced to keep its section steel price unchanged this week due to stable raw material price. The new prices were the same as expectation in the market. Therefore, it was expected that the section deal price will be remained stable recently before Chinese New Year holidays.
According to the price adjustment, E-Sheng’s price for small-sized angle bar was NT$19,500~20,500/ton; that for channel bar was NT$19,500/ton; that for flat bar at 38*4.5mm was NT$19,700~21,600/ton; that for certain sizes of flat bar was NT$19,400/ton; that for round iron was NT$20,800/ton.
The demand remained weak in Taiwanese domestic market. In addition, there was no changes in deal prices. Therefore, section steel mills all kept their prices same this week.
