Reportedly, Vietnam''s Ministry of Industry and Trade decided to levy antidumping duty on cold rolled stainless steel products imports from China, Malaysia, Indonesia and Taiwan since October 5th 2014.
The lowest tax rate is 3.07% while the highest is 37%. This is the first time Vietnam has imposed antidumping tariffs on steel imports after joining the world economy. The AD duty is for CR stainless steel coils and plates with thickness less than 3.5 mm.
