Chinese Sangang plans to increase output by purchasing bankruptcy factory-The 20th China(Guangzhou)Int'l Stainless Steel Industry Exhibition

According to the report, Chinese Fujian Sangang Group, a steel mill supported by government, bought a bankruptcy factory located in western China.
The factory owned the capacity included 1.22 million tons of iron and 1.35 million tons of steel, owned by Laiwu Steel Group Corporation which was a subsidiary of state-owned Shandong Iron and Steel Group.
Chinese government supported it and tended to improve the polluted air quality and diminish the concentration in the industrial area. It was expected that the benefit for the company operation and production increasing would bring the long term growth to them.
Sangang now possessed 4 plants with total 11 million tons of steelmaking capacity, saying they were still planning how to use well with the Laiwu capacity.
