US lowers CVD rate on HWR pipe & tube imports from Turkish Ozdemir-The 20th China(Guangzhou)Int'l Stainless Steel Industry Exhibition

The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) confirmed last week that Turkish Ozdemir Boru Profil San. Ve Tic. Ltd. Sti. (Ozdemir) received the subsidies when exporting heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes (HWR pipes and tubes) to the US during the period of review.
The final subsidy rate for Ozdemir was set at 1.18%, which was lower than the previous 15.08%.
The period of review covered December 28th, 2015 to April 25th, 2016, and September 12th, 2016 to December 31st, 2016.
