According to the report, the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) announced to begin the anti-dumping investigation on the imports of stainless steel bars from Taiwan and Italy. The petitioners for the application were Dongil Steel Co., Ltd. and SeAh Special Steel Co., Ltd. They were both expressed that the South Korean industry were damaged by Italian and Taiwanese low prices products.
At present, South Korean government decided to levy the anti-dumping duty rate of 3.56% to 15.39% for India, Japan and Spanish. The product involved the customs tariff code of 7222.11.0000, 7222.19.0000, 7222.20.0000 and 7222.30.0000.
