According to the report, the United States Department of Commerce (USDOC) considered that the imports of stainless steel flange from China and India have threatened to the domestic industries and manufacturers. They decided to levy the anti-dumping rate of 257.11% and 18.10%-145.25% for China and India, respectively.
The product involved the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) of 7307.21.1000 and 7307.21.5000. At present, the USDOC predicted to announce the determination of anti-dumping duties on Chinese and Indian flanges on June 15th 2018.
