US DOC determines to withdraw AD tax on seamless steel import from Vietnam

It is reported that
Vietnam Ministry of industry and trade said that US Department of Commerce (DOC)
has cancelled antidumping (AD) tax on seamless steel import from Vietnam.
On July 1st this year, the US’s nine enterprises have sent a petition to
the country''s Ministry of Commerce to bring proceedings, for the AD
investigation imports of seamless steel tubes from Vietnam.
After
investigation, the US Department of Commerce recently determined that there is
no dumping of seamless steel pipe imported from Vietnam.
