South Korean stainless steel hot-rolled wide strip exports decrease in Aug -The 19th China(Guangzhou)Int'l Stainless Steel Industry Exhibition

According to the data from the Korea Iron & Steel Association (KOSA), the exports of South Korean stainless steel hot-rolled wide strip totaled 59,425 tons in August, down by 0.7% month on month.
The exports to Southeast Asia were 26,470 tons, accounting for 42.1% of the total exports; those to Northeast Asia were 16,089 tons, accounting for 25.6% of the total exports; those to Europe were 15,693 tons, accounting for 24.9% of the total exports.
In addition, the exports to Central and South America totaled 4,332 tons, mainly exporting to Mexico.
