According to Japan''s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry data showed that this February, Japanese stainless steel products (hot-rolled products) production totaled 232,919 tons, fell by 2.8% compared with previous month, down by 0.6% compared with the same period of last year.
Among them, the production of chromium series stainless steel was 108,555 tons (including chromium series product was 86,146 tons and chromium molybdenum series product was 22,409 tons), declined by11.9% compared with previous month
In the meantime, that for nickel series product was 124,364 tons (including Chromium Manganese series product was 1,074 tons and Ni-Cr series product was 97,598 tons, respectively.
