According to Japan''s Ministry of Finance data, in July of this year Japan’s stainless steel scrap exports totaled 16532 tons, increased 15.9% month on month. The average export price was ￥78648/ton, rose 28.9% month on month, the export prices significantly rose, driving up overall prices. During the first seven months January-July total exports 87366 tons.
Among them, Japan exported 10218 tons to Korea, an increase of 47% month on month, In January-July this year, Japan exported 48154 tons.
