Baosteel Group, said recently that after resources, markets, products, product lines, such as the weighing of the factors, China’s Baosteel is expected to cut 9.2 million tons of capacity under the original plan in 2016-2018.
On July 29th this year, the Baosteel Group announced 2015 social responsibility report, Baosteel’s steel sales income totaled RMB2300.6 billion, profit amounted RMB10.3 billion. While it was still remained profits, but it was under performance compared to previous years.
Baosteel is expected to pressure reduction within three years of 9.2 million tons of production capacity, as well as reorganization and integration with the Wuhan iron and steel, in order to improve the market benefit.
